Kanye West has officially been changed with three criminal counts after a much publicised scuffle with a paparazzi photographer at the Los Angeles International airport last year. [watch here] West, and his manager Don Crawley, were charged with three misdemeanor counts of vandalism, grand theft and battery.

If convicted of all charges, Kanye could face up to two years and six months in jail, while Crawley could face up to five years. The arraignment hearing for the charges is set for April 14th. Kanye and his manager did something that many, many actors and actresses have done for years, yet most of them have never been charged, gee I wonder why?

With Chris Brown close to 2,500 miles away, Rihanna hit up New York City this weekend. Making her way through the paparazzi, Rihanna said that she was doing "good." Although her lawyer is scrambling to prevent her from testifying against Chris Brown, Rihanna seemed in good spirits as she joined Jay-Z and Beyonce for dinner.
