Big Snoop Dogg is in New York to play a sold-out show at Magic City Music Hall in Johnson City. According to the New York Post, Snoop was outside a Manhattan night club on Wednesday (2/20) and police cited him for smoking marijuana. Big Snoop wasn't arrested, rather given a desk-appearance ticket for possession which he plans to contest according to his lawyer, Donald Etra.
